Waters Edge on Marco Island is located on the south end, right next to Caxambas Park and the marina. It is a short walk to the entrance of South Beach. The complex is small and friendly, with only forty-four residences. There are new boat docks, a large, heated pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts. The public boat ramp, bait and fuel docks are only a few minutes away. It is five minutes to the Gulf of Mexico and the 10,000 Islands.
